| Instructions | 1. For topical use, add carrier oil to dilute at a ratio of 1:10. For easy measurement, try adding 20 drops of Essential Oil per every 1 tablespoon of Carrier Oil. The Diluted blend may also be added to your bathtub. 2. Add 20 drops to 5 oz of water to make a room spray. 3. Add a few drops into a basket of dried flowers. 4. Add a few drops of Essential Oil into a Guru Nanda Aromatherapy Diffuser 5. Add a few drops to the bottom of your shower and let it mix with steam to create a opening sensation.
