Danner Super Rain Forest work boots! Completely overbuilt for protection and comfort with composite (non-metallic) safety toe that won’t transmit heat or cold. Additional features include 100% waterproof full grain leather upper, hyper-strong triple stitching, electrical hazard (EH) protection, and Vibram 132 Montana outsole for superior stability and traction underfoot. Originally purchased for 460.

Only wore these for a few weeks until I finally concluded I need to reorder in a wider size. Tragically, I can’t return because I dyed the stitching black (used Feibling’s black leather dye). I also threw out the false tongue and replaced the original yellow laces with black laces to make them look more like combat boots. For added comfort, I replaced the insole with a Dr. Scholl’s gel insole. They’re beautiful boots and in mint condition aside from a couple minor scuffs on the toe as you can see from pictures.
