The Comfort Company Single Foot Support is ergonomically designed to conform to the contours of the foot and lower calf, preventing skin breakdown and reducing pressure on bony protrusions and angular points. With its high resiliency foam composition and heel cut-out, it effectively eliminates heel contact, helping to prevent and reduce pressure ulcers and sores. The support is comprised of two parts: the upper stabilizer and lower platform, each of which can be purchased independently to suit user preference or need.
Comfort-Tek Fabric
The fluid resistant exterior has supple leathery properties that provide an easily cleaned surface and protection for the inner cushion. Comfort-Tek has multi-dimensional stretch and helps alleviate pressure on bony prominences.
Comfort Foot Elevating
- The Elevating Comfort Foot attaches to the upper portion of the leg rest and foot plate.
- The interlock bracket allows the foot support to be adjusted to multiple elevations for various leg sizes and shapes.
Hardware
- The standard Comfort Foot design allows the footrest to swing-away for easy transfers.
- Connects to foot plate with either clamp on or bolt on connection.
