2024 Shogi Meijin Title Match Commemorative Folding Fans
Sota Fujii Meijin "Flow" & Masayuki Toyoshima 9-dan "Play" Calligraphy
These are commemorative folding fans from the 82nd Shogi Meijin Title Match held in 2024.
*The calligraphy is printed.
This item commemorates the historic match where Sota Fujii Meijin defended his title with a 4-1 victory against Masayuki Toyoshima 9-dan.
The folding fans feature the calligraphy "Flow" by Sota Fujii Meijin and "Play" by Masayuki Toyoshima 9-dan.
Sota Fujii Meijin "Flow": It seems to represent how his shogi, like water,
is natural and unhindered, "flowing" through the game's developments.
Masayuki Toyoshima 9-dan "Play": Symbolizes his creative playing style,
as if he "plays" freely on the board, deeply exploring shogi.
This commemorative folding fan is a valuable item that allows you to feel the spirit of both players who wrote a new page in shogi history.
Recommended for shogi fans, especially those who remember the heated battles of this Meijin title match.
